Mug arrived in pristine condition. No cracks, no chips, logo is wonderful. Haven't had the chance to use it yet, but I love the feel of it in my hands.
Though it was a pre-order, it didn't takes months like some pre-orders of other company's. Plus the quality of the standee is high grade and great. Proudly displaying it with my vtuber merch collection. Everything from Vee has been high quality and amazing.

For Aussie buyers, shipping may be a little expensive (For my 3 items, shipping was $30) however this is not the fault of the business, or the content creator, just AusPost doing its thing.
